CLASS TYPE
Our Saturday Circuit is designed for all ages and all fitness levels — from people who don’t know where to start in the gym to seasoned trainers looking for a solid weekend sweat.
Each session includes a proper warm-up, 10 guided workout stations, timed sets and reps, full exercise demonstrations, in-person coaching, form correction, and a relaxing cool-down to finish strong.
It’s the perfect way to move, learn, and get fitter in a supportive, community-focused environment.
To top it off, we’ll be serving a protein-rich BBQ after the session — from charcoal-grilled meats to doner kebab or slow-cooked beef tacos, all available for purchase and perfect to enjoy after your sweat session to hit your protein goals.
